Like omegaverse, humans here have special traits. 
Here they are called, "Fork" & "Cake."

Cakes don't know they are cakes. 

Forks have no taste but when they meet cakes, 
they want to eat them based on instinct. 
Forks can only taste the bodily fluids of cakes 
& the taste makes them crazy with lust 
which results to them committing crimes.
