The feature in question is not supposed to be something that's sexualized/fetishized (by the ML) in the story. For example, if the FL has body image issues because she has an "abnormally" large chest, it's not supposed to be a story where that is fetishized (if it's smut). If the FL has large boobs, that is meant to be something that she's self-conscious about (to make this list). This list is supposed to be about diversity, body image issues, and hopefully self-acceptance.
You may feel your favorite manga should be gathered together into distinct categories for your own reference and, now, you can do this with a LIST. After you've created your list or lists, you can proudly recommend them to other manga fans to showcase and share your taste in manga.
