Natsume can see yokai. After he lost his parents at a young age he was passed around from family to family. After moving into a small town where his grandmother, Reiko, used to lived he finds himself under attack by a never-ending stream of yokai. With the help of a powerful yokai who desires to take the book after his death, he begins to free the yokai his grandmother had taken the names of many years ago.
