The art and story of this one are absolutely stunning, and it has this sort of quiet, romantic atmosphere that I really love. One of the first yaoi I remember adoring.
It, along with 19 Days, has a 9.8 rating for a reason. These two are honestly forefathers for CN bl/gl, and though the stories have slowed down, the characters used to be compelling, and even now are still cute.

I can attribute this and a few others to my BDSM leanings, not that I’m complaining. It was such a breath of fresh air to have a smut-centered story, especially one about BDSM to be consensual. Not to mention the art and character writing are both amazing.
The character writing is so refreshing in this one, and it’s one of the only ones I’ve found genuinely funny at times.
My favorite one shot of all time no competition. This changed my life. I literally went around showing my friends because of how beautiful this was.
Contributed to my pet kink. Although the writing is kind of clunky at times, it still lingers in my mind.
I can’t lie, this isn’t one of my favorites, but I’d feel wrong for not including such a heart moving and all too real retelling of the author’s story.
