Sensei,, ppl think he's boring? I find it more interesting. Reading this is like a calm slowness of time, just simmering. He's completely apathetic and his thinking follows mine a lot at times.
JISUH! Another character who, on the surface, seems to be just "plain, boring, submissive, a pushover". But there's something more to him. There's also a lot of depth to the characters, even the side ones have a good time whenever they appear.
Raine isn't the typical uke. Besides the complimentary beautiful art that shows the sexiness of masculinity, he's really aware of himself. He doesn't back away from who he is on a whole, and he really thinks before making any decision regarding Joel, which isn't clearly evident until he explains it later. He knows his own flaws/self and is honest about it.
Ahkaks it's satisfying seeing the cinnamon roll grow up and leave A class asshole seme. He's actually capable. The seme becomes more aware that it was his heart that was thrown away when he made the big mistake and becomes desperate.
Putting this here specifically for that development huhuh. Otherwise, it's a meh.
Kamin. The more you read on, the more you see he isn't just a sweet, light character. Who he is today is a result of how he grew up, and I find him very emotionally capable. 'he interacts with ppl but dislikes anyone that tries to get into personal affairs' He's accustomed to giving without receiving, but it takes a darker tone that Kanggo senses later on.
Jinwoo is by far one of the most sweetest, down to earth, surprising guys in any BL work I've read. He doesn't rush his own pace but does what's good for him, and waits for other people to accept him. He's caring, respects boundaries, and is a gentleman all in all. He's so human too, but the beanest one
Ethan is just a clumsy, overworked editor. He's thoughtful and genuine, an oddball but that's it...obviously not! As the story continues, through Jimmy, we discover more about Ethan and the darkness lurking inside him.
The story looks sweet, but as if it is just that!
Taeyi is straightforward in his ways. Even if he's scared or nervous, he still tries to be honest. I really enjoyed the deviation from the mc in yaoi, and that the couple actually got together nicely after a confronting of own feelings. Juha hyung is interesting in that he can be an asshole, but one caring for family.
A masterpiece. I can envision snakes slithering around the characters. The two carry themselves with their own right. Sends shivers down your spine as you await to see what each character would do next.
All in all, there's not much over the top blushing or little mistakes shoujo girls make when it comes to this mc. Her indifferent behavior that gives no fucks really makes this a funny read.
