short sweet with a hint of angst and kinda sweet smut. guy can see “spirits” and creatures, and has been able to since he was young. stuff happened, he grows up and becomes a writer and one night on his way home he finds an oni laying on his front porch, so he helped the oni only to find out that the guy has (oni) been searching for him and needs his “help”. good read and a fair re-read
