- dropped on ch11; ending my read on a huge cliffhanger but honestly I don’t care… I know it’s a yakuza bl but man, fuck this was depressing and brutal. And not in the action or horror way but the lacking of enjoyment and god I hate everyone way. The writing was bad, the pacing too but worst of all was the story progression and Seme. Man, with that opening scene in ch1, HOW are you supposed to root for them as a couple? And with that ch6 + sex scene, HOW can you like this garbage of a character?

Them both being horrible people makes this pretty interesting tho, but MAN is the “pretty” guy an actual criminal while the other guy is his victim, a sour hateful and violent victim, who makes life worse for those around him… But a victim nonetheless to this actual demon pretty boy rapist. I’m torn, but interested in how it will end and/or turn “romantic” from THIS

- dropped on ch2.2; man, I know I can’t keep going cause I keep imagining what their dialogue would be w/o the dom/sub thing… like, I feel like it’s not even romance at that point it’s just “falling into category” dialogue that comes w the genre. Like, again, it feels like it doesn’t fit in, like the translator or author almost rewrote the dialogue to fit it..? Anyway, I know it sounds weird and shady but that’s just my reasoning this time, y’all enjoy, imma just go stand in the corner, sorry.

- finished; cute guys doing the cutest things. Pretty good ch 1-2 but after that everyone and everything just kinda blended together and looked the same thanks to the artstyle. Not my thing I think, tho I kinda enjoyed that first one ngl.
