One of the best manhua I've ever read but the regret wasn't shown much

Seme was dumped and uke was a witness of it. Seme and uke got into a contractual rs, and five years later, seme got into a car crash causing him to lose memory of his time with uke and only remembers his ex. He goes to find his ex only to end up hurting the uke and yeah, he slowly remembers his memories and realizes hes moved on from his ex and loved the uke.so he goes chasing him.

The regret here was decision. Uke regrets leaving seme and marrying some girl but during the ceremony...
