Genuinely BLEW MY MIND. Like WOW. I'm still catching up with the last few chapters and the meaning of the 'victim' in this was so much more than I anticipated. Had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.
Just spectacular in every way—the art, characterization and world-building. It manages to make stereotypical bully characters into an interesting plot point. You really want to just see the protagonist win and triumph over all, and when it does happen, the satisfaction is endless.
It's surprisingly both the silliest story, yet also one that takes its characters the most seriously. MC does suffer from a horrifically active saviour syndrome, but the story honestly has a lot to offer in terms of emotional developments, redemptions and how it's following the 'hero saves the world' script. Great on it for also playing off of toxic BL tropes that we often see too.
Unique artstyle that keeps on giving, and the protagonist is really engaging to follow along with. Hoping it'll come off hiatus soon.
ONE OF MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITES! Toxic villainous protagonist against the world. It's satisfying to see everything go his way, and just the intrigue and slow revelations—I need to know what happens next.
Another super solid guideverse—reincarnating into the future, reversed roles, and hurt/comfort. First season was an absolute banger, excited for the next one.
AN AMAZING READ!! Aria's genuine motivation for revenge made this villainess story so satisfying and refreshing to read (unlike stories where the FL is perfectly virtuous and pitiful in every situation). Mielle was also an infuriatingly good antagonist, and her ending was something that felt so well-executed. The characters were so refreshingly fleshed-out, the fashion was absolutely beautiful, and the chemistry building between the ML and FL was heart-warming to read. Highly recommend.
Honestly, this one was just one of those stories that endeared you to its characters. Turn your brain off a little and enjoy the pair as they try and communicate their feelings
Amazing plot!! It does jump between settings quickly at times, but the sheer amount of love and care put into displaying the characters fullest potential, and to design a plot and world around them—that is very apparent when reading through the story. So excited for the rest!
