Yeah, I’m a sucker for this trope, what can I say. Has to include:
- Actual enemies (literal enemies - like, on opposite sides of the war type enemies) 
- Mutual dislike/strong dislike or hate for each other (nothing one-sided) 
Honestly, bully romances and one-sided hate are NOT a part of this trope.
