uke lies about being in a relationship with seme (who he thought was a girl) and in return to keep his mouth shut , uke begins doing sexual favors for seme.

-Artstyle is reaallyy pretty , storyline is quite solid.

-I think everyone agrees that the plot could've used some work lol!

uke is extremely jealous of seme and hates him (and makes it EXTREMELY obvious.) Seme on the other hand is overly friendly with uke , and it turns out Seme is head over heels for uke.
