the main character has a crush on the girl sitting next to him, one day he borrows her eraser and sees she has the name of another classmate written on it, it’s the guy who sits in front of him. he ends up dropping the eraser and the guy sees it and sees his name written on it, so when he confronts they guy as to why his name is written on his eraser, instead of selling out his girl crush he takes the blame and claims the eraser
