Down bad/ Younger/ Bratty/ Pretty/ Crybaby Top

I don’t know how to describe the dynamic in a few words
but basically: 
A top that is kind of submissive and deeply in love 
(not in a sub/dom way, most of them are quite dominant in bed, but more so in a: desperate/ would do anything for the bottom way). 
The top is usually the one who falls in love first
(if he doesn’t fall first it’s a case of mutual pinning).
