Started off interesting so far, the main character is a bit overly OP but I feel like they’ll even it out once he gets fully immersed in the world, the art change is not my favourite but mostly because I liked the OG one so much
- swords
- child to adult
- weak to strong
- no romance so far
- need to reread and catch up
I’m so in love with this story it’s crazy, I love seeing all the characters stories get delved into but the ML? I l love him because he’s a product of his own creation, the way he grows, learns, persists is truly so lovable to me
- war
- monsters
- solders, knights and mercenaries
- elves and other races
- weak to strong
- some comedy
- beautiful art
- no romance yet
If found family had a list this one would be on it, I have a soft spot for the good at heart but pretends they’re not characters
- historical setting
- fighting
- races like beast folk
- dragons and magic
- artifacts
- possession/reincarnation/isekai
- no romance yet
- found family
- quite a bit of political storyline
I need to reread and catch up but holy does this one hit you where it hurts, there’s nothing like feeling as though you’re out of the loop and no one is truly ever on your side, I also love how it dips into mental trauma, as well as family dynamics
- weak to strong in a sense
- mental trauma
- war
- underlying political themes
- mystery
- historical setting
- no romance
Typical revenge plot but the art is gorgeous and it’s interesting learning about each member of his previous party as it goes on, one thing I debate with myself on is I kinda wish he was still missing an arm? It gave a uniqueness to his fighting style but I also understand why they didn’t and how that would make his previous issues on not being able to be strong diminished
- fighting
- reincarnation
- historical fantasy setting
- revenge
- mystery
- swords/magic
- no romance yet
