Only thing dislikable is the usage of empress instead of emperor and the implied smut/physical attraction.

The ML is one kunning bastard in a good way. He pampers the MC alot, and always thinks about him. The ML is very manipulative by always doing whatever the MC desires, and thereby making the MC dependant on him. They move in together with the intention that the ML now always has the MC in his grasp. Woopwoop

The only downside is smut, and even that doesnt being the rating down. I love the novel even more. It contains ceasers POV aswell.

- Very Angsty. Contains literal Confinement *ch 41*, contians misunderstanding (lots). Their relationship is beautiful, Ceaser having never loved anyone before, and Yiwon just being Yiwon, which causes alot of secondhand embarassment.
