DON'T EVEN. Pereshati and Theodore (Therdeo?) Are one my favourite couples in the whole world. Okay, yes, slowest of slow-burns. But it's so realistic and the characters and their actions make a lot of sense. No one will stop me from loving this man and how much he loves his wife. They HAVE A SON AS WELL.
The family dynamic struck a significant cord with me, seeing how much the father and brother cared for Leticia will always touch my heart.
Usually the smut genre doesn't register too high in terms of "all-time best", but Ayame and Shoma's relationship was really touching at times. I've always been a sucker for miscommunication, especially between characters who DO love each other, but i did enjoy the beginning a lot. Can't specify how many times i've come back to see these two.
I will never forget the true ml, Issac. His death just devastated me, I remember crying and being sad for a few days. The way Iana and Issac got to truly see each other, believe and eventually love each other was so beautiful to watch. I'm shattered I never saw the signs before his death, I hope he gets justice and continues to live in Iana's heart.
Just wholesome. So wholesome and yet so completely far away. There's apparently a live-action and the series is finished(?), but it hasn't updated for a long time. I've forgotten the characters names over time, but i'll never forget how genuine this story felt
While also being one of the first animes i was introduced to, Kamisama Kiss was a lot more thoughtful and kind and dear of a story than I initially thought. It's a shojou romance, yes, but the characters are wonderful and you want what they want. I really do love Yukiji being Nanami though.
Besides loving the author and artist, i don't know what compelled me to read it. I thought the premise was really interesting, but it's genuinely a tragic but beautiful read. Seeing the main character's growth and grief really changed me.
One of the first BLs i'd ever read, I had no idea such a gruesome first encounter was going to lead to such a wonderful romance. Craig and the director's love, pure and tentative, has made this one of my all-time favourites. Love rereading this (21/11/2025)
Loved every chapter. Especially as it's one of my favourite authors with an artist i really like. I loved the portrayal of friendship, both as from a female and male's perspective. While I did like the romance, their friendship was beautiful. Loved it
