25/04/26. Finished this in a night, didn't expect to love Canola so much. There was so, so much more to her and i really loved watching her succeed. Tibouchina was my second favourite characer, i LOVED her. Edel was okay, his background was interesting but his feelings/motives felt accelerated towards the end. Loved this, need to reread

(15/05/26) forgot how good this was. LOOK, Damien genuinely has a very manipulative and warped way of doing things- but he really does love Chloe. Kind of wish there was more of an epilogue or side story about their family but i loved this. Great re-read.

(19/05/26) cried like a baby. While i wasn't excessively keen in the beginning, i grew to love the characters. Grandpa scenes are not for the weak, I sobbed like a baby, i need to go to sleep i have uni in like 6 hours

(03/07/26) Didn't expect to like this as much as i did. Magaret's transformation into Mag hit me hard, she's conflicted, deep in grief and you sympathise with her situation. I enjoyed seeing her growth and recovery, as well as understanding characters like Squall. I don't think i need to re-read this. It was a perfect, beautiful experience.
