At times, I was disappointed with the uke because he showed very little backbone or self-respect. I was also disappointed by how the guild members treated the uke. As others have already mentioned in the comments, it’s hard to understand how someone could fall in love with the person who raped them and then rape them in return. How can you rape someone and simply forget about it? The rape at the beginning, makes no sense and doesn’t fit the character’s overall behavior at all.
