List of stories I have read that I believe are peak. Stories here have a score of 9-10 and considered as a peak story (based on my opinion) 

My criteria of rating is (1-10): 
Art Style - How the story is visually told.
Characters - Who they are and why they matter.
Plot - What happens and how well it unfolds.
Themes and Emotional Impact - What it’s really about—and how it lands.
Consistency - How well everything works together.
