"popular mangaka x depressed mangaka"
I dont care about romance at this point, they haven't even reach that stage. The depression is so real. I am all on Yaharu's journey on feeling just a bit better everyday.
Same mangaka as After God, both are super good.
The mature romance between two mature people (spoiler: only their age). But Y'All it is the BL we always know we need at some point in life. It is so poignant and beautiful.
To me, it is easier to enjoy oneshot because they have fewer chance to mess up due to long serialization (dragging plot, too many casts to mess up, etc)
This one is beautiful, coz it's the only oneshot in my fav genre that can make me cry.
There is a possibilty to delete this from this list because it got some flaws. But the plus damn!!
It was a slice of life story about a gay high school boy in the closet sturggling with his identity but one day meet a straight friend who saved him by "just" accepting him. But that acceptance was really not trivial although the other person make it feel so. It is so comforting.
Charged guilty at ever thinking of similar cringe story. But this one plot hit HARD.
This isn't BL but MC has very shipable dynamic with most characters. It is one of the idol webtoon that doesn't feel cringe like with Debut to Die. MC also has interesting personality (and circumstance) what else do I want. I can read thousand of it just for him!!
Urekko Mangaka x Utsubyou Mangaka
