Yeah, quite a few of the ones they listed have rape. It's a nice thought but I think they're either too forgiving or don't remember. One in particular is super creepy and rapey (Sutenaide My Hero), so I realized then that this list isn't accurate.
For a "non-rapey" list there's a considerable amount of rape and dub con (even if it's in flashbacks I'd still count it just because its there & part of the story) it's still a good list for finding omega verses tho
