Temporary list for fixing my reading lists

Notes:  
- No “want to read” mangas were restored
- Most or potentially all “reading” mangas were restored to the
“already read” list and can be identified by having a rating but no tags
- Most or more likely all “already read” mangas were restored
- Deleted mangas now appear in the “already read” list and can be
identified by having no rating or tags
- Want to read: ~120 mangas
- Reading: ~70 mangas
- Already read: ~700 mangas
