I have a hate/love relationship with BL.

I hate it bcs it’s heteronormative, which makes sense, since it’s (mostly) made by straight women, for women. It’s not that deep, but that’s just the reality of it all. 

It can be so unrealistic with all that happily ever after type shit, but that’s exactly why I love it. It’s something you’ll never, if not rarely, ever experience for yourself :’)

But even so, BL that’s realistic (w/o tragedy) will always hold a special place in my heart <3
