on hold but amazing. the art is beyond gorgeous and just so fun, and the characters and worldbuilding are >>>>>>>> i can't WAIT for the anime.

wouldn't be complete without a bride's story. i fear this could never be done justice if adapted. the attention to detail, both artistically and wrt historical accuracy are just insane, absolutely above and beyond. mori kaoru loves women and you can tell. they all feel like fully realized human beings, not archetypes or plot devices. 1000000/10.

i've read part of this manga, way before the anime came out. i enjoyed it a lot, there just wasn't a lot of it when i started it lol. 10/10 tho. amazing FL.

this is cheating bc i've only watched the anime but that was 10/10.
