from what i remember the ML seeks revenge for the og FL’s treatment of him. i think he forces her to marry him and then imprisons her in her room. at one point he takes away her sight and locks her in the room, chained to the bed. i think he also doesn’t even let food or water in? he just treats her like shit, i’m omitting details cause i dropped this a long time ago lol
the FL gets sent to the world where the ML is originally from after dying in the modern world. in the modern world they were married but the ML was extremely cold to her and ignored her, not treating her well at all. took her for granted.
ML pretends to be blind and coerces FL into relationship, iirc
ML rejects FL’s love and only regrets it when she dies
