Haven't read in ages, but it's glorious. Interesting subject matter and tragic.
Gorgeous art. This was one of the works that got me into Korean manhwa.
No notes. A 10/10 in my memories and a degen part of me shipped MC with the other main female lead.
R.I.P. author. I remember avidly waiting for the translated releases.
Look I'm not a fan of teacher x student, but at least in this one they waited for him to graduate. It's a hilarious manga
I don't think I actually finished this one, but I did re-start it multiple times and I love the first half. Might have not finished because I didn't like the endgame pairing when I was younger
First BL I read. R.I.P SmackJeeves, you were a webcomic legend.
I really love this one despite the rushed ending. Hot-take but I'm sorta glad Mafuyu doesn't end up with anyone (as far as we know) in the end since the story ended up being a lot more about friend adventures than anything else. Though, I do ship her with Aya. I think they had a wholesome, chill relationship with not many stakes to it and I can imagine Aya grounding Mafuyu in a way that none of the other characters can.
I feel like no one remembers this, but I DO and I remember it pretty well!!! It's pretty sad for how outlandish the premise is
Jung Nan Woo deserves waaayy better but I was in my "shitty ML" era back then. Honestly, I just really love MCs like her (barring awful taste in boys) that are spunky and persistent. I feel like you don't get those types as much anymore especially not in shoujo-esque manhwa.
