This mangaka seems really good at capturing natural motion! All of her drawings seem so alive and realistic, at least to me. The large shots of the students having fun have a vibrant feel, and makes you think of youth as a sparkling thing.
Though this follows the standard “#1 student’s rival becomes their love interest” plot line, it’s made special in how it doesn’t box it’s characters into gender roles like most shoujos do.
