Personally not a fan of the ML being 3 years old even if it is "in dog years". I also find the idea of raising someone and then being involved with them later really probelmatic. But putting all of that aside because it is a story... the romance itself is good. I love a head over heels in love ML fighting against bleak odds. I like the art and the willingness to rough up the main characters face and body with scars.
