a classic reincarnation fantasy manhwas.
ml has a mistress and fl is the villainess who stands in the way of their romance.
a very satisfying story, especially in scenes where fl is a badass. ml is hot and kind of starts off as a red flag but is 100% green flag in the end. also love how this is kind of a past life / lovers trope
would recommend this manhwa is you want to start getting into isekai novels.
dont be fooled by the name. it is very similar to your typical isekai story. but it is so good.
story was beautiful and there were a few things that differentiated it from other isekais.
fl must overcome a series of challenges in order to finally receive her happy ending. and even though i knew what was going to happen in the end, i still cried like a baby. genuinely such a well written story and i’m glad at the end it also touched on the side characters and gave them they’re own endings.
fl travels back in time after her death and serves the most satisfying revenge story ever.
read this manhwa before the kdrama came out and would 100% recommend reading it before watching it. the story was so satisfying and yet so sad at the same time. genuinely made me cry in the end, both happy and sad tears.
truly do believe everyone got the ending that they deserved in the end, and that’s part of why i love this manhwa so much.
i’ll be honest. this is overhyped as hell.
the plot is okay, but it’s extremely classist with how it portrays the villainess (who quite literally has the most tragic backstory in the whole series). the empress is a cool character but it’s hard to feel bad for her, especially since she has a well-off family she can lean back on (unlike the villainess).
this story would’ve been better if the emperor was the villain, and the villainess and the empress developed a sisterhoo
fl thinks that her husband, who left for war right after their wedding, is going to divorce her since he is now a famous knight. turns out her husband is head over heels and would do anything for her.
there’s drama, there’s angst, this manhwa has everything.
i love this manhwa. it’s a classic and a must-read if you’re into the fantasy/historical/romance genre. my only complaint is that i think it’s getting dragged out a bit.
another classic fantasy revenge story, but instead of isekai the fl finds a book describing her fate.
this is pretty good and has all the elements of a satisfying story but also brings nothing new to the table other than the fact that fl must navigate through her challenged via a book she found. fl can seem a bit fake and unlikeable sometimes tbh.
overall a bit basic but it is definitely still a good read.
the fiancé is one of the most infuriating men in manhwas ever. i could care less that he was being lied to like who does he think he is?
this is a classic “revenge on ex-partner who cheated on me” type of story. fl fiancé impregnates another women whilst still engaged, and fl is not having any of it (good for her). but it later turns out the mistress has been lying about quite a lot of things.
also, everytime i see the ml i think of kaito from vocaloid…
i love this manhwa so much. i always reread it when i need something thats not too drama-esque.
fl gets a divorce and opens a bakery where she creates the most delicious looking desserts i have ever seen in my life. there’s also some revenge aspect in this but its mostly just an innocent and wholesome story.
i love all of the main male characters as well (minus the ex-husband ofc) and i love fl’s relationship with all of them.
a wholesome story about a women who isekais into the villainess’ body and decides to become the world’s willy wonka.
i really enjoyed reading this. it definitely lean more into the wholesome, shoujo type story as opposed to a revenge drama. but, it’s def a good read if you just want a feel-good manhwa.
tbh im not the biggest fan of the end game love interest, i think there were better options but i still liked him anyway.
