Honestly I think this was one of my first manhwa that I read of this genre (I think it was this and Twilight Poem). Or at least this was the first one which made a really strong impression on me. I still think about this story once in a while the pain, angst and regret is to die for. I think I shed a tear reading a panel or two.

HEINER IS SO MESSY AND GOD I LOVE HIM FOR IT. His love and obssession with anne is something that should be studied fr. Srsly though, a really heartwrenching story abt 2 broken people slowly healing and finding happiness. Another one of the first regret manhwa which had a huge impact on me. Really good chasing and redemption arcs.
10/10: Legit almost cried for anne and heiner both of them went through so much it ticks off all the boxes of what you should expect in this genre.
Again the same shtick arranged marraige but GOD DO THESE TWO HATE EACH OTHER LMAOOO. Honestly one of the best regret stories I have read these 2 just pull each other down into misery like there is no mending their relationship and for good reason.
Rating: 10/10 for angst jesus they did not chicken out with this one. ALso plus point cuz she didn't take him back lol.
0/10 for romance though obviously literallt no peace for them till they die damn... but for regrets... really really good.
Another run of the mill girl from lower ranking house gets married to a duke and is manipulated and gaslit so she leaves him.

Honestly? I enjoyed this so much. The characters really stand out. First time I actually kinda liked the ml in one of these stories. He is a POS but damn he was charismatic for me... More like that kinda cocky ML from shoujo manga who like to tease the main girl, it's that x100 more obsessive. Again ticks all the boxes of what to expect in this genre
Another classic for me. Just wanted to give the fl a big hug. But Ja Hyun's tears by the end are so satisfying lmao.
Rating: 8/10, homegirl goes through mutilation, abuse neglect an so much more but still is goodhearted man good for you girl I could never. The ending does feel like a bit of a fantasy but I like it. It may be nostalgia but I enjoyed this one.
Typical arranged marraige where the fmc hates her not dad and husband thinks she's a spy or smtg and treats her like shit, only to find out she was his childhood first love and regrets it.
Have only read till like chapter 35 cuz it seems like they reconcile pretty quickly, might update this when I finish it though.
Rating: 7/10 Not bad but not good for me. I just feel like there are better ones out there.

Rating: 6/10: 6 for this classic??? For the chapters upto the divorce... Solid 8/10 for angst and regret cuz bro fumbled so fucking hard lol, calls her infertile, ends being the infertile one and now has to raise someone else's kid. But after that it's kind of smooth sailing which makes sense but on a reread like... rastha lowkey felt like a victim if this was a rebirth manhwa she would the fmc, both girls are victims of a shitty man fr.
MC gets shit from her family, and after 10 years of fruitlessly trying to make sense of her cold and neglectful fiancee' she finally grows a spine and leaves his sorry ass to marry the crown prince of another country.
Rating: 5/10 Ehhh kinda boring for me, didn't get much angst, he does regret it and tries to go after her but it's very clear from the beginning he isn't getting another chance. Didn't finished this either though so idk maybe it'll get better.

3/10: Just not a fan of this overall. Dude like brings his kid into the family does dumb shit and doesn't even take responsibility for this kid later on. The art also teeters from kinda bad to kinda decent lmao. But even in terms angst and regret I felt nothing from this
After 11 years in a 11 long term dull relationship, bf fucks up and heyah leaves him. Obviously the ass regrets letting her go.
7/10: Compared to the other manhwa on this list there isn't any over the top pain and suffering but it's a really nice portrayal of moving on after a long term relationship. The ex did regret letting her go though. A decent read
