more yaoi reviews

i've been in a yaoi reading rut nothing appeals to me until i finally found this omg it's so good.
i picked up the novel and im more than halfway it and it's everything i ordered. it's like 90% angst i love it sm. the plot is so intriguing and i love how complex the main characters are.... i just know sm manhwa-only readers are gonna be hating taehee soon but guys pls wait he'll come around soon. anyways its so good

i’ve ignored this yaoi for so long i would see it and not bother looking into it that i didn’t even know it was omegaverse
tbh this was kinda good! i liked the mc’s character development the coming of age was great… the mc and ml make a good couple though i found the ml annoying at first but he knows the mc’s boundaries
lets not even talk about the side couple

got through the first chapter before i immediately went to go read the novel instead. finished main story in a day it was honestly good i liked it. the manhwa is a whole other story though. in short: it’s very lacking. they just skipped a bunch of stuff and added things that never even happen in the novel. i decided to just not even bother looking at it as i went through the novel.

this is actually Peak. why is is lowkey better than main story omg xinlu absolutely ends ilay. the art is so beautiful as well as the writing. speaking of writing i went to read the novel after catching up on the manhwa and wow it was so similar to the manhwa the adaption is Good. seriously. i love this yaoi so bad. only complaint is the lack of angst but that's a personal preference. 10/10 overall though

anyways i caught up, after like a year, a few days ago and i cried like a baby... i love this so much every character is so well written. i feel for iori sm the doomed familyism man...
i'm just so in awe at how much yoshiki has grown to become the person he currently is. the coming of age is so beautiful i really hope he and hikaru get their happy ending and go on their date. happy pride to them

i hated this it's so ridiculous the narrative will get interesting then boom sex pollen trope honestly that was my last straw wtf kind of gaseous aphrodisiac was that oh my god

that was kinda cute as fuck the seme getting cuteness aggression over the uke is so real.
on another note…
i always hate how semes will touch the uke’s without their consent like they’ll just go for it. during the restaurant scene when toki called the old man out for coercion it felt like a homeless man calling another homeless man broke, was that not you a moment ago ig the uke doesn’t have a backbone when it comes to the seme.

i like this author and when this came out i was very interested in the premise. the couple is quite tasty too hehe

i’m actually glad tae-oh didn’t disappear or him and tae-jun just became one person because i’ve read yaoi where someone will get amnesia and become a different person when their memory comes back and it just disappoints me… ngl yeah that ending was rushed would’ve been nice with some more chapters to fully flesh it out but oh well. also despite me liking him, im not overlooking the coercion and rape from tae-oh that’s a no.
