So fluffy. So heartbreaking. So bittersweet.
The love story that starts when 2 high school boys become friends, then lovers. The heartbreak element will move you to tears of frustration, the indecision of wanting the one you love and abiding by what's accepted by society as a normal relationship. The realization that one's happiness is not always what the world sets it out to be. Getting the chance to get back together and beyond - such a tearjerker!
A masterpiece! The story enthralled me from the beginning. The way the story flows covers all questions that arise - from the characters backstory, to their present state. The story pulls at your heartstrings, but not too heavy a drama that it can still tickle your funny-bones. It touches some heavy topics/themes (child prostitution, child abandonment/abuse, betrayal), but does not dwell on it so much that the reader gets distracted by it. Simply beautiful!
The story is quite refreshing. It didn't focus on sex (as most yaoi stories I've read tend to do), but on how their relationship grows. And when their "first time" came, it was done in a most tender (if not innocent like) way.
A beautifully written story. Deeply touching. Friendship, being young and carefree - and how drug abuse can get hold of a person. The story of the aftermath left behind by a drug addict who was a close friend, and another who was in an intimate relationship with him.
