Rokuse has speech impediment. All the assumptions you had with this disability will most likely have been tackled in one chapter or another. There's also no romanticizing of Rokuse's daily upheavals.

Both leads have social anxiety. A very good portrayal, too.

Imamiya-san is an exemplary human being (albeit too much of a workaholic, all in the name of making Japan a better place) who suffers from a weak heart condition. There's even another awesome PWD minor character that appears at the end.

Tobita and Masumi are college classmates who get into BDSM plays that escalate in danger. There's strong hints that Tobita is in the spectrum, so it takes a toll on their relationship when you see that Tobita's ways of expressing his feelings don't come across to Masumi.

Yohan is a deaf person. You'll join Soohwa as he tries to learn to communicate with Yohan, and not just with sign language. I only recommend up to Season 1. It's mostly smut (that I personally find off-putting since not listening to your partner means you don't respect them) post Season 1.
