unempathetic and immoral/morally grey characters with complete disregard for any human life except their own, that eventually fall head over heels in love with someone and finds themselves caring for another person for the first time and giving them special treatment. bonus points if they grow soft and act all puppy like or if other characters point out how weird it is and how it’s unlike them. 

 most if not all of these will be dark and contain disturbing content
