They eventually start living together (plot hole coz how did they convince the dad?) and when mc went in heat, they have sex.

ml hates his newly adopted brother. The usual plot of parents showering love and praise on the adopted kid while being cold and have strict expectations on their biological child. Hate becomes obsession.
