This shit hit deep. I’ve never read something more psychologically traumatizing, yet at the same time, manages to be heartwarming. Not only does the plot line reflect the author’s stance on world issues, but the art style also emphasizes the dilemma the main character must overcome before developing. The art style is done so intricately, not a single line drawn carelessly, in order to illustrate the importance in each scene.
