A yuri classic. Yamada and Kase are both such believable characters with real depth, all of their actions make sense and their romance progresses in such a realistic, but tooth-rottingly sweet way. I LOVE THESE GIRLS SO MUCH AND WAIT EAGERLY FOR EVERY CHAPTER OF THE SEQUEL SERIES.

A cute story with entertaining characters and beautiful art. Not much to be said about the plot which didn't do anything crazy, but it definitely felt believable and cohesive, as far as a kemonomimi butler yuri manga can be believable and cohesive.

Im a huge fan of any variation of the Beauty and the Beast story. Heath and Lily are so sweet and the buildup of their relationship was so satisfying and romantic. the plot twist of how Lily became blind was and both of their reactions to that revelation was so moving. really a story of unconditional love in the face of hardship and differences.

Incredible character writing weighed down by time + chapter constraints. Kaname is such a relatable & believable character who you can't help but root for. The chapter we get from Seira's pov was welll done & really made the reader understand her + her perspective. However, the story suffers from its short runtime. Ik it's difficult for mangas to stay serialized, but the story rlly would have benefited from having breathing room.

IK this is just a smut manga, but I feel iffy abt both of the Pacific Islander women being hypersexual. We only have 3 named charas, 2 of them are from this island, both leaning into the "sexy dark-skinned foreigner" trope. I'm sure it's not how the author views all Pacific Islanders, but it becomes an issue when the cast is so small and u portray both PI women this way. That being said, I have no issue with nozomi or kiara themselves.

This was ok. I feel like a lot of character and plot threads were dropped abruptly or not expanded on in a way that felt satisfying, and that both romances were somewhat rushed in their own way. I feel like jin-ah just randomly began to like hee-yeon from one chapter to the next, after feeling hostile towards her. That's not to say I didnt enjoy their relationship in the end, but it feels like we skipped a few steps.
