absolute cinema

INSANEEE manhwa. the only manhwa that elicited goosebumps from me. especially when i read about shuri’s first life and how she died. i wish everyone read this.

this is arguably the only manhwa i can confidently say is perfectly written. not a single plot hole in sight, and none of the plot twists ever felt like they were inserted last minute, since everything was carefully foreshadowed from the very beginning. even the pacing is perfect, not too long and not too short. 10/10.

what can i say? love this. breathtaking artstyle with insane plot. 10/10.

insane artstyle and insane plot. #love. HOWEVER i did find the beginning a little too slow so the first few chapters took me a while to get through. it got better when the plot unraveled but it’s still a little too political for my own liking. THE SIDESTORIES THOUGH!!!! jesus christ, BOY was i devastated when i found out ranon and aina weren’t the main couple TT i still think about them to this day.

a little underrated if you ask me! it almost never gets recommended anywhere, but it’s good! i liked it!

bomb artstyle AND a smart fl?? sign me tf up. not only is the art gorgeous, but the fl is also competent and uses her knowledge from her 1st life well despite encountering new situations in her 2nd. ALSO the chemistry between the ml and fl is sooo good. they don’t spend forever (around 100 chapters for some manhwas ) dancing around their feelings either, which made the romance so much more satisfying. they had me giggling every time they were together. such an underrated gem! #love.

i remember this being the villainess manhwa i enjoyed reading. i always come back to this when the other ones disappoint me! i loved the revenge arc here, and i still find myself rereading this from time to time.

obviously a classic. but it’s a little too long now and i read this years ago so i don’t really remember the plot now.

tbh!! this was way too long and i wasn’t that interested in athy and lucas’ love story, but i can say that THIS was the blueprint for childcare manhwas :,) and despite thinking claude was an asshole of a father, this still remains my most reread father-daughter manhwa, especially before he lost his memories. idk i just love claude and athy so much, i get emotional. this manhwa basically became my gateway to rofans, and i probably wouldn’t have explored the genre if it weren’t for this :))
