Isekai: summoned to another world as yourself or through reincarnation. I’ll count people who end up in other worlds as themselves without intervention from another being (gods, hero summoning, etc.).

Reincarnation: no clear reason for the reincarnation. It just happened. 

Transmigration: ending up as a character in a story you know/ taking over someone else’s body

Pure Fantasy: none of the above things happened and the characters have no connection to our world.
