She's the daughter of a powerful noble. Baby obsessed with her pacifier all her childhood due to reasons (it would be kinda spoilers to say).. Dad starts caring about her later on after she makes herself known I guess, though she's pretty detached from him for a while due to her personality. 9/10 manga!!

Kind of weird ending in my opinion, but very good story. I enjoyed it.
