9.6 i love it. The mystery, the relationship, the characters. In the beginning I thought "ok, I know this set up, I already know the plot, so let's just hope the chemistry is decent" and I was a FOOL!!! This is a slowburn with heavy focus on the plot and the main character - he is so well written!!! I misjudged him at first as a spineless people pleaser, little did I know, HIS THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS MADE SO MUCH SENSE and it was important to the plot. This is a study of guilt

9.1 the ML borders on psycho, but compared to many stories I've read, he actually is quite mild - he's a bitch to others, but never does anything bad to MC, actually surprised he planned to let him go until they reunited by chance
