I dont like her, like shes not bad but, i dont like her

I didn't like how the ML is using her and she just goes along with it. Like girl you just ran away from a piece garbage just to end up in another dumpster.

Im confused, I thought they ran away to the neighboring country, but next chapter and they're back???
