I wouldn't say that the plot was something beyond. However it was unique in comparison to the same old stuff. Moreover, the main leads are very likeable and the art is good. IIt's rare when you want to come back for something once you've already seen it, but "Tasogare Outfocus" is an exception and for that I'm very greatful.

Two words: YUKI Ringo. Her mangas have this unique atmosphere and warmth. Shounen to Kamikakushi is no exception.
The art style is amazing, same goes to characters and the whole atmosphere. The story is kind of refreshing compared to your usual troupes in BL. It may seemed unfinished but I heard volume 2 is on the way.
The art, atmosphere, characters, and plot complement each other so much that this story was a breath of fresh air in the world of BL's trite routes.
