To be honest, I read this because I was intrigued while checking the manhwa version. But I didn't really enjoy it as much as I thought. The dynamics were all over the place- I just kept feeling bad for Ruth. Be sure to read the trigger warnings!

Little Mushroom is kinda available everywhere, on amazon too. But if you have a hard time while looking for the epub version, be sure to reach out. I really recommend to read the manhua as well, because the art is majestic. The vibes are on the sci-fi/dystopic side. The concept is really interesting. Both the world-building and the romance are so well done. You will be curling your feet everytime the main characters interact.
