NME is such a compelling story that follows some of the most beautifully complex characters i’ve ever seen in a piece of literature - it actually takes the time to delve into their psyches and its implications on their lives and relationships, rather than just giving contrasting traits for the sake of being “complex”!!! the art is freaking perfect and the bountiful metaphors embedded throughout the narrative just bring it all together.
no 10/10 until it’s complete :)

so unbelievably underrated. the humour is so genuine and well-placed that it doesn’t take away from any of the serious themes or scenes in the story i freaking love it. this was so fun to read i need moreeeeeeee.
i only wish it had a better translation with proper grammar because the plot is so incredibly layered and well-thought out.

I love this take on the cliche “good student x bad student” trope. it subverts the trope to explore how the titular “bad friend” doesn’t solely apply to the ml but also the mc and how his sense of lack of consideration for others ultimately erodes many of his relationships. the facial expressions are often so subtlety imbued with their emotions but it’s so incredibly moving.
love!!! can’t wait to see where it goes next

can’t say i remember much of it but i remember being moved!

did not expect this!! i found this story to be so profound in the way in which it explored the varying flaws that each character embodies (lack of responsibility and lack of self-worth if my memory serves me right) and how through their union they’re able to conquer and overcome these shortcomings.
7.5/10
gonna need a reread but i think i remember loving their portrayal of mental illness

woah!!! ts actually gave me butterflies hello!
the way this author explores intimacy in more ways than just intercourse is so scrumptious. i’m gonna need more chapters before i can finalise any thoughts but i love where the story is going!! for an idol story (i tend to stay away from those) the premise carries a layer of depth that i feel many stories fail to have so im soso eager to uncover the full plot!
