It's mainly about the yakuza brother and his in-laaw falling in love. However, this story presents the brother-in-law to be more than just a normal and boring man rather someone who can hold his own.

The story is about a man in the mafia falling in love with a student who can pack a punch and is very fierce making him hard to hold down even when bullets are flying his way.
Brotherly love among adopted brothers turns into more. The story takes a long time to reach a point in the story where a true love relationship can happen, but seeing the characters develop slowly and grow is so great. The uke is the best as he has a story in him about his unknown past which is not very much a mystery as it is vaguely known where he came from and what he knows in his life, but many holes in his past remain to be told.
This story has multiple stories intertwine which hops from one story to another. Each allows the reader to understand the current problem the character face as well as develop the character's personality.
