I feel like the author brushed a lot of issues there. The thing about him having trauma for being sexually abused that developed into DID is actually quite accurate but the way the author wrote the story is kinda unserious. This BL is probably intended to be lighthearted but using a mental illness for this kind of story feels kinda wrong to me.
