But don’t be disappointed, because the uke’s character development is unexpectedly delightful. He grew from a timid boy into a collected, strong-willed man. He loves with softness, devotion and poise. He acquiesces but does not yield.
Another reason to be on the list: the last phrase packed a punch. I wish I’d written that! Urgh
