I adore these characters - especially Tomone (*squeal!*) and his character development thanks to Nanami's presence in his life. I would also recommend the animated series 10/10.
One of my first long chaptered manga (and romance animated series!) - like few others it holds a special place in my heart. A very slow and sweet build with a wonderful conclusion that makes you wish it would never end. Definitely in my top 10 recommendations!

Good read. A bit of a wishy washy main female character but is reminiscent of naive love. More love triangle theme than what I prefer, but a good drama if that's what you are into.

Book III - final instalment. Wraps up Hisako's and Yato's story with a neat little bow so to say.
Unbelievable that it is still ongoing! I lost track found chapter 60, but I'll definitely give it another go as soon as I've got time to leisurely enjoy. This is wonderful and sweet love story filled with personal growth and friendship. If you don't have time to read it all (aka me) or want to wait until it's eventually complete, go check out the live action adaptation.
Whenever I had a craving for romance I came back to this manga. I adore the whole storyline all the way to its final chapter. The main female character had so much pure love to give, although it was sometimes tainted by jealousy. However, once all the confusion was over their love blossomed ten fold.
I must have read every manage by Shinjo Mayu. This was one of the few that I kept coming back to, I love the mangaka's possessive characters and all-consuming passion
