Doujinshis cause I’m a freak who’s never satisfied by cannon

Super short and quite sweet! A good quick read.

First few pages are short stories so don’t get confused. Once the story actually starts it’s kinda confusing and hard to follow but by the end you get the vibe and it wraps up nicely, I think it could’ve been stronger and focused less on the smut and been more uhm ‘Death note-ish’ if you get what I mean but it’s also a doujin so I understand that smut is kinda the point in this case… 2/5 purely because of personal preference.

I feel as though parts of L’s characterization is good until the end when Light uhm… SAs him. I think L would’ve handled that all differently rather than just surrender and cry but I also understand that this is a trope. 2/5 because I really hate non-con and characters being held back by the authors want to make them look helpless but the characterization was kinda spot on in the beginning.

Nice smut, nice banter- 3/5 cause it did good with little amount of pages.

No. Never again. I want the death note after reading this. The art style uhm makes L look like a baby while (from what I can tell) getting raped by Watari. Untranslated. 1/5, I wanted Lawlight…

L dealing with the differences between Light before and after he had memory of the Death Note, trying to cope and figure out what it means. Super cute for what it is while not fully true to original characters but aspects are there and I do like the twist the author made to their character. 4/5.

Holy shit that was amazing. It was the most believable plot of something that could ever happen between L and Light and their characters were very accurate as well along with the art being simply gorgeous. Easy 5/5.
